Overcharge test.
After charging the lithium battery and conducting charging experiments based on 3C overcharging, when the battery is charged, the voltage rises to a certain voltage and stabilizes for a period of time. When it approaches a certain time, the battery voltage rapidly increases. When it reaches a certain limit, the battery cap cracks, and the voltage drops to 0V, so that the battery does not ignite or burst.
Short circuit experiment
After charging the battery, short-circuit the positive and negative poles of the battery with a wire with a resistance of less than 50 milliliters to test the change in surface temperature of the battery. The maximum surface temperature of the battery is 140, the battery cap is pulled up, and the battery does not catch fire or burst. Acupuncture test: Place the charged battery on a flat surface and use a steel needle with a diameter of 3mm to pierce the battery radially. Just test if the battery doesn't catch fire or burst. Kneading test: Place the charged battery on a flat surface, apply a kneading pressure of 13 1KN to the hydraulic cylinder, and knead the battery on a flat surface with a steel rod with a diameter of 32mm. If the kneading pressure reaches its maximum, stop kneading and the battery will not ignite or burst.
Heavy object collision experiment
After the battery is fully charged, it is placed on a flat surface, with a steel column with a diameter of 15.8 millimeters perpendicular to the center of the battery, and a component of 9.1 kilograms freely falling from a height of 610 millimeters onto the steel column above the battery. The battery will not ignite or burst.
