The difference between lead-acid batteries and lithium batteries.

① Using lifespan, the cycle lifespan of lead-acid batteries is around 300 times, with a maximum of 500 times, while for lithium batteries, the cycle lifespan can reach over 2000 times. Under the same conditions, the maximum lifespan of lead-acid batteries is only 1-1.5 years, while the lifespan of the same brand new industrial lithium battery can reach 7-8 years under the same conditions.



② The volume and capacity of industrial lithium battery packs are two-thirds of that of lead-acid batteries, and the weight is one-third of that of lead-acid batteries. That is to say, if a lithium battery pack with the same capacity is the size of an egg, for example, a lead-acid battery pack needs to be the size of three eggs. Therefore, when applied to machines, lithium-ion batteries are smaller in size, lighter in weight, and more convenient in operation, while lead-acid batteries are larger and heavier in size, which will bring certain drawbacks to machine operation.



③ Environmentally friendly, lithium battery pack PACK does not contain any heavy metals or rare metals, and will not cause pollution and pressure to the environment. Lead acid batteries contain a large amount of lead and acid, which can cause pollution if improperly recycled after use.



④ The safety performance is advancing. The P-O bond in the crystal of lithium iron phosphate battery group is stable and difficult to decompose. Even at high temperature or overcharge, it will not collapse and heat like the structure of lithium cobalt oxide or form strong oxidizing substances, so it has excellent safety. Compared to ternary lithium batteries, the safety factor has advanced significantly.



⑤ No memory effect. The lithium iron phosphate battery can be charged and used at any time regardless of the situation, without having to discharge before charging.



⑥ Good high temperature performance, wide working temperature planning (- 20C -+75C), high temperature resistance characteristics lithium iron phosphate battery thermal peak can reach 350 ℃ - 500 ℃, while lithium manganate and lithium cobalate are only about 200 ℃.
