How to maintain lithium iron phosphate battery correctly.

Lifepo4 is the positive pole of the rechargeable battery. It is connected to the positive pole of the battery by aluminum foil, and the middle is a polymer membrane. It separates the positive and negative phases. However, Li can be based on the lithium ion battery, while electronic device e cannot. On the right is the negative phase of the rechargeable battery composed of carbon (high-purity graphite), and the negative phase of copper is connected to the rechargeable battery. The upper and lower middle part of the rechargeable battery is the electrolyte solution of the rechargeable battery, which is sealed by the plastic shell. When the lifepo4 rechargeable battery is charged, the lithium in the lithium ion battery is transferred to the negative phase according to the polymer film. Lithium ion battery is named after lithium ion battery when charging.



How to properly maintain lithium iron phosphate battery?

1. The temperature should not be too high: if the ups battery is used in a natural environment above 35 ℃, the power consumption of the battery may continue to decline, that is, the battery power supply system will not be as long as it used to be. If the battery is charged at that temperature, the damage to the battery will be greater. Even if the rechargeable battery is stored and discharged in a warm natural environment, it will inevitably cause relative damage to the battery quality. Therefore, maintaining the optimal operating temperature is a good way to improve the life of lithium batteries.



2. Too low is also bad: if lithium ion batteries are used in the ultra-low temperature natural environment, namely 4c, it is also found that the use of ups batteries is reduced, and some original lithium ion batteries on mobile phones are not even charged in the ultra-low temperature natural environment. But don't worry too much. This is just a temporary situation, different from the use of high temperature natural conditions. Once the temperature rises, the molecular structure of the rechargeable battery will be heated and returned to the previous consumption.



3. Life depends on movement: In order to maximize the efficiency of the lithium phosphate rechargeable battery, it must be frequently used to keep the electronic components in the lithium ion battery flowing from beginning to end. If the lithium battery is not used frequently, please remember to charge the lithium battery every month for battery calibration, that is, depth calibration.



4. It is not necessary to mix the rechargeable battery with the metal material object to prevent the metal material object from contacting the positive and negative electrodes of the battery, causing short circuit fault, endangering the rechargeable battery, or even causing risks.



5. In a clean, dry and naturally ventilated natural environment, the contact between rechargeable battery of lithium iron phosphate battery and corrosive chemicals should be prevented and avoided.
