Correct charging method of lithium iron phosphate battery.

It is recommended to use CCCV charging mode with fixed current and then voltage for charging lithium iron phosphate battery. A constant current of 0.3 C is recommended. The constant voltage is 3.65, that is, the battery is charged at 0.3 C under the constant current state. When the battery voltage reaches 3.65 V, the battery is charged at 3.65 V, and the charging is stopped when the charging current is less than 0.1 C (or 0.05 C). When using a constant voltage power supply, pay attention to the charging current. It is better not to use excessive voltage. After adjustment, keep the charging current within 0.5 C.



The upper limit of charging voltage of lithium iron phosphate battery is 3.7-4 V, and the lower limit of discharge voltage is 2-2.5 V. Considering the discharge capacity, median voltage, charging time, capacity percentage and safety, constant current and constant voltage charging mode is adopted. The charging limit voltage is set as 3.55-3.70 V, the recommended value is 3.60-3.65 V, and the lower limit of discharge voltage is 2.2-2.5 V.



The charging mode of lithium iron phosphate battery is very different from that of ordinary lithium battery. The final charging voltage of lithium battery is 4.2 volts; The lithium iron phosphate battery has a capacity of 3.65 volts. When charging the battery, the lithium iron phosphate battery will first connect the connecting wires of the battery, and then connect the two ends of the battery, so that the battery voltage will be higher than the battery voltage. At the same time, the voltage of a single cell is measured, which is equivalent to a parallel voltage stabilizing tube, so that the charging voltage of a single battery will not exceed the stable range, while other single batteries will continue to be charged in the voltage stabilizing tube.



Since the battery of each battery is almost full, the charging current of the battery is very low, and each battery is fully charged. The charger can only protect the voltage at one end of the battery, and the function of the equalization circuit board is to make each battery of the battery fully charged, rather than one battery being fully charged, which will lead to the interruption of battery charging.
