Advantages of electric forklift lithium battery:


1. The battery charges faster

Thanks to its organic chemical properties, lithium-ion batteries can be charged at a rate of 2 hours, from 10% to 100%.


The lead charging time for lead-acid batteries from 20% to 100% must be 8-10 hours.




2. No memory battery charging

Due to the fact that the lithium battery of the electric forklift has no memory for charging, the rechargeable battery can be charged at will without compromising the service life.


Users can take advantage of work off days and rest days to make up electricity consumption.

Lead-acid batteries have battery charging memory, such as random or intermittent battery charging, which will cause more serious harm to the battery and reduce the number of battery cycles.

3. Long life

The average cycle of lead-acid batteries is 1200 times (about 6000 hours of working time), while the cycle of lithium phosphate batteries is 4000 times (about 24,000 hours of working time). The lead-acid battery 1200 times the capacity is less than 50%.


4. Wider discharge temperature range

At -20-60 degrees or extremely low temperature, lithium has excellent charge-discharge performance, at -20 degrees, ion batteries are 80%-90%, while lead-acid batteries have a charge-discharge efficiency of less than 30%.
