When an external short circuit occurs, if the protection board does not cut off the circuit in time, danger will occur, and the process is the same as that of an internal short circuit.

Overcharging: Overcharging will cause changes in the internal structure of the forklift lithium battery. When the voltage is higher than 4.5V (the specific voltage depends on the battery pack, it may be higher), the internal material will decompose. If the protection board is not cut off in time, there is a possibility of danger.

The safety hazards of forklift lithium batteries are the above three points, but as long as the quality of the protection plate is passed, the above situation can be avoided (or the probability of danger is greatly reduced), and the quality of the protection plate is reflected in the supplier of forklift lithium batteries. , The supplier has the strength, of course, there will be no tricks on the protection board. After all, the danger will damage the brand. For unscrupulous merchants, unqualified protective plates will be installed on the battery pack for the sake of profit.
