The structure of lithium battery

Lithium batteries generally have two shapes: cylindrical and rectangular.

The interior of the battery adopts a spiral wound structure, and a very precise and highly permeable polyethylene film is used to separate the material between the positive and negative electrodes. The positive electrode includes a lithium ion collector composed of lithium and cobalt dioxide and a current collector composed of an aluminum thin film. The negative electrode is composed of a lithium ion collector composed of sheet carbon materials and a current collector composed of a copper film. The battery is filled with an organic electrolyte solution. Others are also equipped with safety valves and PTC components to protect the battery from damage when the battery is in an abnormal state and the output is short-circuited.

The voltage of a single-cell lithium battery is 3.6V, and the capacity cannot be infinite. Therefore, the single-cell lithium battery is often processed in series and parallel to meet the requirements of different occasions.
